Community Service is the best punishment for young people who commit minor offence".
I personally believe that punishments assigned to those who have done minimal crimes like petty theft or underage drinking do not need to be brutal nor simply cruel or any crime in that matter must be severely punished for. prison must a be a place where people can be rehabilitated from their indecent actions and the only system that implements such an ideal is the Swedish system where prisons are actually called "open" prisons where prisoners may have the right to walk out of the prison and work in nearby forests and become slowly integrated into society again they get education entertainment and even a comfy place to sleep that is why in sweden the crime rates are very low. So i believe that community service is of course the best so called "punishment"
